Who we are
Opened in 2021, founder, owner and axe thrower in-residence Baz Dewson had the idea for an axe throwing alley, as a way to get back in touch with his Scottish heritage.
With a background in running adventure sports activities in New Zealand and Australia, Baz’s years of experience ensure your safety is our main priority.
With compulsory training and safety briefings for all axe throwers, our aim is for you to stay safe, learn something new and, of course, have fun!
We are a family friendly space, offering a range of amazing food and drinks, including beers, wines and spirits plus brilliant coffee and soft drinks.
You’ll also find fun activities and games for the little warriors in your clan, including rubber axes, targets and more.
Chop It was founded with the core idea of bringing people together to have an unforgettable experience.
